As a professional negotiator for large corporations, I got to negotiate hundreds of successful negotiations delivering win-win results.
The most difficult and yet successful negotiations were actually the negotiations with myself. Throughout my career, I learned how to negotiate with myself first, how to challenge my own biases, how to bring my authentic self to work and how to claim my worth.
Getting to know my WHY helped me negotiate a successful career for me and my teams, travel the world and make diverse friendships.
